One month ago, we stepped into a role we don’t take lightly - becoming the custodians of Bit by Bit. Taking over an existing business is very different from starting one from scratch.

Bit by Bit already had a story, a heart, and a community, and this first month has been about listening, learning, and understanding what it truly means to look after something that already matters to people.

We’ve approached this chapter the only way that felt right - bit by bit. This month has been spent getting to know the rhythms of the business, understanding what our customers value most, and finding our feet as we gently step forward. Juggling this alongside a busy family life, farming and another small business as well as community commitments. There have been learning curves, quiet wins, and moments that reminded us just how much responsibility - and privilege - comes with being entrusted with a brand like this. 

We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve felt during this transition. Every order, message, and word of encouragement has reassured us that Bit by Bit is something special, and we’re honoured to be caring for it.
